I'm an event and operations manager with 15 years of diverse experience delivering complex projects across the UK, Europe, Kenya, Panama, and Singapore.
Expertise in site-wide operations, Event Communications, Health and Safety, Accessibility, Safety and Safeguarding.

Our team brings together a dynamic mix of experience and expertise across live events, festivals, and creative productions. With backgrounds spanning logistics, production, education, and accessibility, we offer a well-rounded and deeply capable crew ready to deliver exceptional experiences.

- Event & Production Management: Extensive experience in planning and delivering large-scale events, including festivals, corporate activations, and touring installations.
- Logistics & Operations: Skilled in transport coordination, accommodation planning, artist liaison, and site-wide operational oversight.
- Creative & Cultural Programming: Expertise in spoken word, music performance, DJing, and audio production, with a strong foundation in inclusive and community-led programming.
- Education & Facilitation: Proven ability to design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and youth engagement projects, with a focus on accessibility and neurodiversity.
- Health, Safety & Compliance: Knowledgeable in steward and traffic management, safeguarding, and accreditation processes, with qualifications in mental health and youth work.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Strong account and project management skills, with experience in building long-term relationships and coordinating multi-agency teams.
