With over 20 years of experience each, we have worked across multiple industries and business sectors, giving us deep insight into the challenges professionals face in the workplace—especially those who are neurodivergent.
But our expertise goes beyond our careers. As parents of neurodiverse children, we are fierce advocates for inclusion, equity, and the value of diverse minds. We know firsthand the importance of creating environments where neurodiverse individuals are supported, understood, and empowered to thrive. That’s why we’re committed to helping build workplaces that recognise and celebrate neurodiversity—not just accommodate it.
Our passion is helping people be the best they can be by providing the right support and scaffolding to reduce the mental load , improve executive functioning, and free them up to focus on what they do best.

Employ Ethical Employment Practices - Wages above the living wage
Community Engagement - We actively involve our community in decision-making processes
Avoidance of AI-Generated Content to help protect the livelihoods of many.
And most of all we will reinvest any profit back into our community, we will subsidise the clients that need help but cant afford it, we will provide pro bono support for benefit claims, and we will strive to create a community where we can thrive together.
